COVID 19


Hello All! We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 and its impact on our customers, our suppliers and carriers . As the situation develops, we want to assure our customers that we aim to continue to provide as much of a full service as possible to you in these challenging times, and have put in place a number of additional measures designed to make health and safety a top priority while still enabling our customers to shop and train with us.

Please also be aware, as I’m sure you can appreciate during this uncertain time I am on my own working and will do my very best to get the orders out to you as soon as possible.

 

Dog Walking - OPEN

We are still available for dog walks. We are using antibacterial wipes and gels before and after each walk to ensure each walk is as contained as possible.


Agility & Hoopers - 1 ON 1 TRAINING ONLY

To ensure we operate in the safest way possible during our classes we have decided to only host 1 on 1 classes. All group agility and Hooper classes are cancelled until further notice


Animal Boarding - OPEN

we are still open for small animal boarding. However, in order to keep us all safe, we have some changes.

Upon arrival, one person must leave the pet in their cage on the bench outside the home. Once you have left the garden, we will enter the garden and collect the animal.


Pet sitting & Visits - CLOSED

Due to the current pandemic, we are not available for pet sitting & visits.


Online Shop - OPEN

With the information given by the Welsh Government, we are confident to keep our online shop open and continue to provide you natural and delicious products for your pet.

We know how important it is to our customers that they receive their orders as quickly as possible, wherever they are in the world.  That is why we work with two of the UK’s most trusted delivery companies to ensure our customers not only receive their deliveries on time, but also receive them in perfect condition.

With ALL orders received we account for both “delivery time” and “despatch time/processing time”, aiming to process all orders, excluding Special Order Items, within 1 to 3 working days. This means the majority of our UK customers will receive their order within 1 to 5 working days from the date of purchasing

We are unable to be held responsible for any delays that have been caused by our chosen delivery companies, customs or other delay factors outside of our control or responsibility.
